Day 15-22	Secretory
Secretory Increasing progesterone levels from the corpus luteum increase secretion from the glands. Glands become dilated by secretion of carbohydrate-rich secretions (eg mucin) and cells accumulate glycogen. The endometrium becomes thicker, partly due to the increased fluid (oedema) in the stroma.
