Portion of a skeletal muscle cell(fibre). The nucleus is at the lower part of the picture. In the sarcoplasm are the sarcomeres of myofibrils. Identify A- and I- bands, Z lines, M lines, actin and myosin filaments and glycogen particles(dense).
