Cystic cerebellar astrocytoma with mural nodule from a 6 year old girl. This is a benign neoplasm and totally curable by resection, even if only the mural nodule is excised. Unfortunately, this child was not operated on and died of increased intracranial pressure in the posterior fossa and herniation of the cerebellar tonsils..
