This patient was a 5 year old female who presented with sinusitis and pallor. She was found to have a WBC of 68,000/ul, with anemia and thrombocytopenia. This bone marrow aspirate shows sheets of blasts which have very scant cytoplasm and nuclei with finely dispersed, dense chromatin without nucleoli, typical appearance of lymphoblasts.
