Hemophilia A, hemarthrosis.

A young boy with hemophilia A (factor VIII deficiency) has acute hemarthrosis of the left elbow joint. Hemarthrosis is an important clinical manifestation of coagulation defects, and is particularly common in hemophilia A and B.
