Gastric carcinoma

This carcinoma infiltrates diffusely the wall of the stomach. In the midline, the gastric folds seem to be completely effaced by the grayish-white tumor. Above it, the folds appear thickened and irregularly shaped due to the ingrowth of tumor which has distorted the normal architecture.
